Kol Mikaelson is a special guest during the first season and a main character in the third season and fourth season of The Originals Fanfiction. He is an Original Vampire. He is the younger brother of Elijah Mikaelson and Niklaus Mikaelson. He is the older brother of Rebekah Mikaelson and his adoptive sister, Sophia Mikaelson. He is also the uncle of his adoptive niece, Danielle Mikaelson whom he shares a strong bond with.
Before the series, he was killed by Jeremy Gilbert in order. Since being a ghost, Kol had been watching his family while being on the Other Side. He was especially worried about Danielle, feeling as something bad was going to happen. After she died, he was reunited with her and planned to contact Davina so that she could bring Danielle back to life. However, Davina was not able to bring Dani back to life and instead brought Kol back at Dani's request. He then began staying with Alice Thorne as Rebekah did not want Kol to be seen by Elijah, Sophia and Klaus yet. However, Davina later tells Sophia of Kol being brought back to the land of the living and later on Klaus and Elijah are informed of this matter. Sophia goes to see Kol and tells him to leave New Orleans and not come back until things are safe as she does not want to lose anyone else that she loves.
Kol is a member of The Original Family.
History

Kol was born in Mystic Falls along with his siblings. He grew up as a human, having a happy life with his family until the death of their brother, Henrik whom was killed by werewolves. Esther and Mikael chose to turn him and their children into vampires. Esther performed the Immortality Spell as Mikael killed Kol and his siblings. Kol woke up with Finn by his side and they were forced to drink human blood becoming Original Vampires. After Esther's death, Kol left with his siblings and developed a close bond to his niece, Danielle Asia Mikaelson.
Throughout The Originals Fanfiction
Season One
Kol made a appearance as a ghost in The Ultimate Game. After Danielle came to visit him and placed flowers on his grave, Brody appeared and Kol watched them walk away with a worried expression on his face.
After her death, Danielle is reunited with Kol on the Other Side in Eclipse of the Heart.
