Hayley asked about our past. I’m surprised she doesn’t know about him given how much you two have . . . shared together.
— Rebekah about Kendrik and Hayley to Klaus

Kendrik Mikaelson (Elder Futhark: ᛣᛖᚾᛞᚱᛁᛣᛗᛁᚲᛇᛚᛋᛟᚾ) is/was an untapped warlock to Original Vampire, the son of Lord Mikael and Lady Esther Mikaelson, the brother of Prince Finn, Règent Prince Elijah, self-made King Klaus, Prince Kol, Princess Rebekah and Prince Henrik and the uncle of Princess Hope Mikaelson and the surrogate uncle of Marcel Gérard.

He was a warlock and born in the New World. He was turned along with his other siblings and was the first Original Vampire to die, his death presumably being the revelation of the power of the White Oak Stake to kill them, prompting Esther to use her magic to seemingly destroy all White Oak in the New World. He was close with all his siblings. His existence was shown in flashbacks in the first episode of the House of M reboot fanon series.

Kendrik is a member of the royal House Mikaelson now known as the House of M and is the son of royal Norwegian Lady Esther Mikaelson née Ansuz and Mikael of the Norsemen House of M.

Early LifeEdit

Kendrik was born in the New World at a place that would later be named Mystic Falls to King of the Vikings Mikael and Queen Esther of the House M and the fifth child after the eldest, Finn, Elijah and Niklaus. Their relocation to Mystic Falls was due to a very fatal plague in their Norse homeland that took their eldest child. Escaping Europe and the Norselands with their people and subjects, the Vikings continued to serve their King Mikael and his family and therefore, Kendrik and his siblings led a sheltered and pampered life, although Mikael was quick to make it clear that it wouldn’t stay that way by usually brutalizing all his male kids of age in a survival of the fittest view of life.

Upon the death of Henrik Mikaelson, Esther, Kol and Kendrik are seen consecrating his remnants at his funeral and in the next flashback, Kendrik has become a vampire with all his siblings and is stabbed by a werewolf a piece of wood that is presumed to be White Oak and has not been seen since.

He is mentioned several times by Rebekah and she later tells Klaus that she is surprised Hayley does not know about him seeing as they share a child.
